Contact Down to the Root Denver Therapy
(720) 797-9900
briana@downtotherootdenvertherapy.com
I check messages Tuesday-Friday during business hours. I will get back to you by the next day I’m in the office.
Please do not include personal information over email as it is not a secure form of communication. Any emails you receive from me are secure and encrypted.
I do not provide crisis services and am not available outside of business hours. If you are in crisis, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. See below for more resources!
Reach Out to Start Therapy
I am currently accepting new clients!
If you’re ready to begin therapy or want to learn more about how EMDR and IFS-informed approaches can support you, please reach out. I work with adults of all genders in Denver who are seeking help with relationships, boundaries, confidence, trauma, and LGBTQ-affirming care.
What’s next?
Once you request an appointment online, you’ll get a confirmation email from the Client Portal with a link to the telehealth appointment (or I’ll suggest a new time if I can’t meet then).
Grab a coffee and we’ll meet for our 20-minute, free consultation. I’ll ask to hear about you and what is bringing you to therapy to make sure we’re a good fit. We’ll discuss important logistics like making sure I can see you at a time you’re free. If we decide to work together, we’ll end by scheduling your intake appointment.
